Unique concept on the French Riviera, this American style secure domain was built from 1973 to 1993. It consists of 130 hectares of greenery and 24 km of private roads winding through 11 hamlets perched on the heights of Villeneuve-Loubet. This peaceful way of life in a haven of greenery is only 5 mn from beaches, 15 mn from the Nice International Airport and 2 mn from the highway access. Boasting 3 swimming pools, 1 of which is an olympic one, numerous tennis courts, 3 artificial lakes with their ecosystems, and a mix of permanent green surroundings, it seems to be like a dream. Sylvain Réus was already present in 1977 in the first builder's sales office in the domain (to what is now the club-house) to help the developer of this outstanding project selling his very first lots.
